The one-bedroom condominiums are located in Fletcher Village across from the indoor pool. This cozy and compact villa has a full kitchen, large living room dining room combo with sliders to a balcony or patio, master bedroom and adjoining full bath. Most one bedroom villas have an air conditioner in the bedroom.

These condominiums are designated as apartment style because each is accessed from a central corridor. There are three levels in each building. The lower level is down one flight of stairs from the street. Entry-level units have an easy access from the parking lot and upper level units are one flight up.
