Charter Golf Membership:

Golf Membership provides the Member and his/her immediate family with access to all the Club's facilities and amenities including golf, tennis, fitness, spa, swimming, dining and private beach. Golf Members do not pay greens fees or court fees for the use of the golf and tennis facilities, but do pay golf cart fees. Special Member-only tee times are reserved for Golf Members. Extended Family (parents, adult children and grand children) have limited access to facilities.

Initiation Fee:

$30,000*
*May 1st, 2008 the initiation fee will be increased to $35,000

Monthly Dues through March 1, 2008:

$240 per month

Monthly Dues April 1, 2008 - March 1 2009:

$400 per month

Payment Terms:

One half of the initiation fee with application. Balance due one year from enrollment. No interest charged for financing.

Charter Sports Membership:

Sports Membership provides the Member and his/her immediate family with access to all the Club's tennis, fitness, spa, swimming, and dining facilties. Sports Members may play golf as the guest of a Golf Member, subject to guest fees and limits on guest usage in accordance with the Rules and Regulations. Sports Members do not pay court fees for the use of the tennis facilities. Sports members may also choose to add access to the private beach at Ocean Edge. Extended Family (parents, adult children and grand children) have limited access to facilities.

$10,000

Dues - 2008:

Sports $146 per month, Sports with Beach $182 per month.
